Choose your product, select your size and colour, tap Add to cart and go to checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm. You will receive an order confirmation by email/SMS right away.

Yes – you can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Prepaid orders are refunded in full within 5–7 working days. Once an order is dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

Before dispatch, we will update it free of charge – just contact us quickly. After dispatch, re-shipping to a new address costs Rs. 300.

Check the size chart on each product page and compare it with your own bust, waist and hip measurements. If you are between two sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size. Not sure? WhatsApp us your measurements and we will recommend a size.

Our outfits are ready to wear (fully stitched) unless the product page says otherwise. Fabric, inner lining and length details are listed in each product description.

We offer a one-time size exchange. Request it within 5 days of delivery; the item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. A reverse pickup fee of Rs. 250 per item applies. See our Refund Policy for details.

Yes – shipping is free on all orders within India.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and usually delivered within 4–7 working days after dispatch – about 5–10 working days in total. Festivals, sales and weather can cause small delays.

Once your order ships, we send you the courier name and tracking number by email and/or WhatsApp. You can track it on the courier’s website.

Not yet – we currently deliver only within India, to all pin codes serviced by our courier partners.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club), net banking and Cash on Delivery, as shown at checkout. All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways – we never store your card details.

Yes, COD is available at no extra charge. COD may be disabled for customers with repeated refused deliveries.

Yes, all prices on our website are in Indian Rupees and include GST. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. We offer size exchanges (within 5 days) and a free replacement or full refund for damaged, defective or wrong items.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos (an unboxing video helps). After verification we will send a free replacement, or refund the full amount if a replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. COD refunds are sent by bank transfer/UPI. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

We photograph every outfit to show its true colour, but slight variation can occur due to screen settings and lighting. Handcrafted embroidery may also vary slightly from piece to piece – this is a natural feature of handwork.

We recommend dry clean only for embroidered and silk outfits. Store them folded in a cotton or muslin cover, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Follow any specific care instructions on the product page or tag.
