Shipping is FREE on all orders within India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no extra charge.
All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST.

3. Processing and delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after the order is placed (working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 5–10 working days of ordering.
Delivery may take longer during festivals and sale periods, bad weather, or courier disruptions. We will keep you informed of any delay.

4. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the courier name and tracking number by email and/or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel on the courier’s website.

5. Packaging

Every garment is quality-checked, folded and securely packed to protect it during transit.

6. Address changes

Before dispatch: contact us on WhatsApp or email as soon as possible and we will update the address free of charge.
After dispatch: if the parcel must be re-sent to a new address, a re-shipping fee of Rs. 300 applies.

7. Delivery issues

Please check the outer packaging at delivery. If it is visibly damaged or tampered with, you may refuse the parcel or note it with the courier, and inform us within 48 hours.
Undelivered or refused parcels are handled as per our Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy (Refund Policy).
