This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules. It is generated by a computer system and does not need a physical or digital signature.

By visiting this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the other policies linked on this site (Shipping Policy, Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy (shown as “Refund Policy” in our website footer), and Privacy Policy).

1. Using Our Store

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Persons under 18 may use this site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who will place the order and be responsible for it.
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, attempt to damage or disrupt it, or send viruses or harmful code.
We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

2. Products, Prices and Availability

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and handcrafted embroidery may vary slightly from piece to piece.
Prices are in Indian Rupees, are inclusive of GST, and may change without notice.
We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description is wrong, or we suspect misuse or fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Orders and Payment

When you order, please give a correct and complete name, address, phone number and email. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect details.
Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.
Cash on Delivery orders must be accepted and paid for at delivery. We may restrict COD for customers with repeated refused or returned orders.

4. Shipping, Exchanges and Cancellations

Our Shipping Policy and our Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy form part of these Terms. Please read them before ordering.

You may cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full within 5–7 working days. Details are in our Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy.

5. Errors and Inaccuracies

Our site may occasionally contain typing errors or outdated information about prices, offers, delivery times or availability. We may correct these at any time, including after you place an order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including photographs, designs, text, logos and videos, belongs to Varenna Studio or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use any of it without our written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You must not use this site to break any law, submit false information, harass or abuse others, collect other people's personal data, scrape or copy the site automatically, send spam, or try to bypass the site's security.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make this website available "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Varenna Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer law.

9. Communication Consent

By giving us your phone number or email, you agree to be contacted about your order, shipment or delivery. We will not use your details to send promotional calls or SMS without your consent.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Surat, Gujarat.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
